He doesn’t baffle you with technical talk, just explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I needed to lose a few kilos and wanted to tone up and generally feel better about myself. I was very nervous about finding a Person Trainer but had heard from a friend that Tom was very approachable and a really great trainer.I gave Tom a call and was put at ease straight away. My friend was correct, Tom really knows his stuff and how to push you to do more without breaking you completely. I often don’t feel like exercising but knowing that I have an appointment with Tom so I always front up and I always leave his studio feeling tired but fantastic. I think you would be hard pressed to find someone like TOM, he has the right attitude, is friendly to boot, and is not a stuck up showman like you get with a lot of these younger personal trainers. Would recommend TOM 4 all.
I took a long time and did a lot of searching to find a good personal trainer. I didn’t want a young kid with little experience and I sure didn’t want an oiled skin poser. Tom is just awesome, he has become more like a friend than a personal trainer and he has a great little private studio and the knowledge to put together individualised programs for anyone. I couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough to you if your serious about your fitness or ready to do something about it. Give Tom a call, you will be pleased you did.
I have been training with Tom for a year now and i could not be happier with the results in my fitness as well as my body. Tom has a great “can do” attitude towards training and will encourage and motivate you in any way to make sure you achieve your goals. I just want to say how amazing Tom has been through my journey. I used to dread going to the gym but Tom has made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. He has worked in and around my busy work schedule and I love training with him and can’t recommend him enough.
Tom is simply great — he is always encouraging, supportive and enthusiastic but he is not a crazy-lycra-wearing manic gym nut ! He is a serous personal trainer for someone who really wants to get themselves fit and strong. I have been working with him for a couple of years now and always look forward to the sessions at his gym. He also sends emails and text reminders and cheery notes from time to time. He sees clients of all ages and fitness, from young teens to octogenarians and from former couch potatoes (like me) to elite sportspeople. Give him a call and have go yourself .
After giving up sport years ago the weight piled on and I got lazy about looking after myself. I started with Tom feeling pretty bad about myself and had no confidence.
