The Training

The training I give is based on the SMARTIES principle which means that minimum time is needed to maximise the benefits. Smarties stands for:

  • S ~ Sustainable
  • M ~ Moderation
  • A ~ Achievable
  • R ~ Realistic
  • T ~ Time efficient
  • I ~ Interesting
  • E ~ Enjoyable
  • S ~ Scientifically proven

After a complimentary initial assessment I will put together a customized program based on what you would like to achieve and any specific goals you may have taking into consideration your current level of fitness and your exercise likes and dislikes.

Every training session you attend I will be there to provide you with:

  • Safe exercises
  • Motivational support
  • Nutritional advice
  • Fun
  • A 4-weekly exercise plan for in between training sessions

Vibration Training at Fitness 4 All

My name is Charlotte and I am a 16 year old black belt in taekwondo. I am a New Zealand taekwondo representative and my long-term goal is to fight at the Olympics.

I found Tom's professional business acumen very easy to deal with and he insisted on a very high standard of business ethics at all times which matched and suited the manner in which we conducted business with customers. His proactive and forward thinking decision to offer suitable seminars to industry on this topic I fully endorse and recommend.

Being a 23year veteran in the safety industry and one who also focuses in a specialist area of this market knows all to well that business operators who offer specific instruction on a topic rather than generalisation will find a niche market to service and be successful.

Workplace seminars tailored to your needs

  • The New Zealand 'back problem' costs ACC about $350 million each year.
  • The $350 million cost to ACC is nothing compared to the cost for the loss of production faced by employers through injury to their employees.
  • Another major loss is to the injured people themselves, I am not talking about the monetary loss but the loss of enjoyment in their lives and in the lives of their loved ones.

There are numerous reasons for employers to give workplace seminars and Fitness 4 All can make it easy and cost effective for you. Want to know more?
