The training I give is based on the SMARTIES principle which means that minimum time is needed to maximise the benefits. Smarties stands for:

After a complimentary initial assessment I will put together a customized program based on what you would like to achieve and any specific goals you may have taking into consideration your current level of fitness and your exercise likes and dislikes.
Every training session you attend I will be there to provide you with:
Extensive research has been done on vibration training and the results vary greatly but most of the research rates vibration training very positively and therefore it is now widely used in fitness centres, physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation and professional sports.

My name is Charlotte and I am a 16 year old black belt in taekwondo. I am a New Zealand taekwondo representative and my long-term goal is to fight at the Olympics.
Tom is helping me strengthen my muscles, tone up my body and manage my weight. He keeps me motivated and focussed and is such an inspiration to me.
Tom makes training really enjoyable and I always look forward to our sessions. Tom Rocks!

Poor posture makes the back more vulnerable to injuries and back pain. When the spine is not in proper alignment, the back muscles, ligaments, discs, and spinal joints are all under extra stress.
Poor posture can sometimes be the result of incorrect skeletal asymmetries, such as leg length inequalities, tilted arches or a small hemipelvis, which can lead to severe back pain. In these cases the pain can often be alleviated by wearing a full-foot shim in the shoe of the shorter leg or by placing a shim under one side of your bottom when sitting.
Muscular imbalance can also cause pain and this can often be alleviated by strengthening certain muscles and stretching the opposing muscles.
Tom has recently attended a Muscle Balance Assessment seminar and passed their accompanying post-seminar assessment for Registered Exercise Professionals.
If you would like a Muscle Balance Analysis done on you, or know anyone that could benefit from having one done, please contact Tom.

My name is Neville and I was recommended to Tom through one of my clients as I wanted one-on-one training rather than being seen in a gym. I have worked out periodically over the last few years but never achieved my goal of looking like I had put any effort into it.
I enjoy the way Tom trains as he can really motivate you and advise you on your form. I am 'time starved' so when I train I want the best results in the shortest possible time. Tom sees when I need that extra push and he has made a positive out of something that I usual dread - "looking after myself".
Thanks Tom, I look forward to achieving my goal / look with you.
