A training programme tailored just for you
Tom, at Fitness 4 All, will put together a personalised training programme to suit your goals, current fitness level, exercise likes and dislikes. Your programme will also be changed on a regular basis to keep it interesting and enjoyable as well as preventing training plateaus. A good personal trainer doesn't have to shout and scream at someone to bring out the best in them (unless you wanted to be shouted and screamed at of course), a personal training session needs to be fun and achievable.
What is Fitness 4 All
Fitness 4 All is a Personal Training Studio where clients are either trained one-on-one giving you the full attention of the trainer, or you can train with a partner or friend.
There is no one else present in the studio and you are away from all prying eyes.

I first came to Tom at the end of 2010 after I was told by my coach that if I wanted to go further in my netball I needed to train in my own time, as the training that I was doing by myself didn't seem to be working. Since my first training session with Tom he has pushed me hard and never let me give up or do less than what he thought I could do. Tom's friendly and positive attitude made it easier to achieve my goals.
I needed to improve my aerobic fitness, to clean up my footwork and to lose weight. Tom has played a huge part in helping me to achieve my three goals I had set myself before we started training together.
The personal training programme that Tom specifically designed for my needs helped me make teams that I didn't make in 2010 but this year I was selected for the Auckland Waitakere Regional Lois Muir Cup team as well as being selected for the New Zealand Secondary Schools Team 2011.
I have been successful in meeting my goals and this would not have been possible without the support and encouragement from Tom.
